Account Hacked got back now frozen :( update

A while ago ,as some of you know, my account was hacked via a cookie
crabber,
I managed to save my 150+ spooky food gallery but 30+ million NPs poorer :(
oh i can live with that, i thought everything was ok added a pin to my
shop/bank and details
in case,
Now today 19th ,day late i know, went to log in FROZEN ACCOUNT give me a
break Neo,
the reason is as follows,,

his account has been FROZEN for the following reason:

You may have either fallen for a scam or submitted your account
information to a fake login page. If you have submitted your account
information to a "Neopets Moderator" or "Admin" scam page, just know that we
will not be unfreezing the account. If you would like information on getting
your account back, please contact us by clicking here.

If you think the above reason was applied to you by mistake, please contact
our support staff by clicking here. Don't forget to include your USERNAME
and explain why you think your account should not have been frozen. If you
DID break the rules, please do not contact us again. Your account will NOT
be unfrozen and you will not get your Neopet or items returned. But, you are
welcome to create a new account, as long as you follow the rules.

First your account is hacked.
Then they give it back.
Then somebody else from the staff freezes you. As a punishment for being
hacked?
Or do they just want to get rid of the older players? I hear from many
people who are frozen.
They prefer kids to play Neopets. Spoiled kids whose parents buy them lots
of NC credits.

you may be on to somthing ive never brought any NC credits.
so in Neos eyes im not worth keeping.

I think you are giving them too much credit and it is probably just down
to plain old incompetence.

I can feel your pain, I know exactly what you're going thhrough. When my
account got hacked I was buying and reselling map pieces. I was frozen,
then unfrozen, then frozen again three more times, each time after the
original hack because I was buying and selling to try to recover my
points. I think it was a case of one moderator seeing my buying map
pieces and reselling and thought it was a Big Old Cheat since I was
making a profit, and another mod coming along and seeing I wasn't doing
anything wrong and unfreezing me. The last time this happened, I lost
two different side accounts I have never got back. I gave up fighting
for those. I wish the mods were a little more consistent with their
interpretation of the rules. It's now seven years and I still have my
original account, and am very careful of what I click on ... not to
mention I don't use Windows there any more.

I hate to see you go, I'm also on VPN as Lotus Blossom the ninja, Mary
Read the pirate, and Katt The Fluffy the viking. Please add me to your
friendslist. I've tried Subeta but never really got into it.

I find neopets to be heartbreaking any more. The two newest games are
barf boat and snot splat. Disgusting! I think another poster had it
right that they are trying to get rid of us more mature players to
keep the spoiled kiddies who can scream until mommie buys them neopet
stuff.

p.s. sorry I dont come on to usenet much any more. Lost my reader and
hadn't bothered with a new one. I can barely stand 'google groups'.

I'm finding a seven-year habit is very hard to break. Most days I'll do
my dailies and play Key Quest. I also have a very extensive gallery I
spend a lot of time on ... that's mainly the reason why I haven't given
up; the fun of searching for that elusive item you don't have in your
gallery. Most of the other games and activities I find I ignore.

I find it very sad that Neopets has come to this. too bad it's a
faceless corporation running things these days.

Hi me again :)
Just found out via Neo support that the person who got into my account must
have tampered with my pet pages,
I have know idea as to what they did to them but thats why i was frozen :(
on the e-mail from support its tagged Offender: & yep my pet pages have
changed to the default neo pages,
ive just sent a reply e-mail to neo "my details/friends list and so on"
so keep yer fingeres crossed..

I sent them a mail too, to ask to unfreeze you.
So now maybe they will freeze me too, being the friend of a neo-criminal,
haha.

Yeah, I thought it would be the pet pages. I guess those heackers try to
spread their cookie grabber that way.
